Your mission: - To ensure the respect and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines in stores in order to maximize sales - To train and coach colleagues of the stores in your area in visual merchandising - To plan and work towards goals together with the store management teams - To make strategic decisions according to the design of the stores and the stock inventory to ensure the best sales. Your profile: - Extensive experience in retail merchandising in fashion retail chains. - Excellent knowledge of English. - Creative, enthusiastic and with a natural finesse for color, balance and composition - Strong understanding of current fashion trends. - Availability to travel within Poland - Excellent communication skills.
