Miroglio Group is a leading Italian fashion and textile company with more than 13,000 employees, and 49 operations in 34 countries.

Every year, Miroglio Group manufactures 20 million units of clothes, 20 million kilos of yarn, 30 million metres of fabrics, 25 million metres of transfer paper, distributing them to over 11,500 businesses and to millions of consumers, through a sale network of 2,100 stores and with partnerships with some of the major department stores in the world.

Miroglio Group has consolidated its organization and production structure based on two main business areas: Fashion and Textile. Miroglio Fashion and Miroglio Textile, while coordinated by the Holding Company, can autonomously manage their whole supply chains, from creative design, to marketing, production, and sales. There are 9 production units in total in 5 countries and a close network of sub-suppliers.
 

Miroglio Fashion Miroglio Fashion

Miroglio Fashion designs, manufactures, and distributes collections of 11 women’s fashion brands. Its product offering meets the needs of different market segments and targets. With a creative and design team exclusively working on each brand, Miroglio Fashion interprets fashion trends in line with the cultures of the countries where it operates, also through external collaborations.

Miroglio Fashion produces its collections by means of a network of company-owned production facilities or qualified sub-suppliers in various countries, including Italy, Morocco, Tunisia, and China.

Miroglio Fashion business areas are: Fast Fashion, with the Motivi, Oltre and Fiorella Rubino brands; Prêt-â-porter with the Elena Mirò, Luisa Viola, Per te by Krizia, Blutime Fashion brands (in plus size), and  Caractère, Notes, Diana Gallesi and Sym brands (in regular size).

 



 

Miroglio Textile Miroglio Textile

Miroglio Textile is a leading manufacturer in Europe of printed fabrics.
With a network of 5 production plants, Miroglio Textile produces and sells a wide range of printed fabrics - the Division’s core business – as well as plain-colour fabrics.
It is also a major producer of yarns, transfer paper and technical films.
The Textile Division runs the entire production cycle, from design to sales, by means of one production plant for fabrics in Italy, three for yarns in Italy, Bulgaria, and Tunisia, and one production plant for transfer paper in Alba, all supported by the centralised warehouse located at the Group’s head office in Piedmont.
